Horizons Edge Record Vocals For New Album In Germany

Metal band, Horizons Edge, are putting the finishing touches on their new album, with the latest release from the Melbourne act due for release later this year.

The third album, a follow up to their successful 2015 release, Heavenly Realms, is overall being produced by Bob Katsionis of Firewind and Serious Black. With frontwoman Kat Sproule taking to Germany in April to lay down the vocals, which will be produced by Ralf Scheepers (singer for Primal Fear and ex-singer of Gamma 3), we can be sure to expect some great quality work. Kat comments: “We’re excited to be working with Bob and Ralf on our next album. We really wanted to step it up with this recording so we’re working with these guys to help push us and really improve our sound as a band. I’m really looking forward to going to Germany and spending a couple of weeks in the studio with Ralf, he’s such a great vocalist and it will be nice to work with someone who really knows he’s doing and can help me reach my full potential." You can certainly expect to hear some of their much loved 80’s influenced sound on the new release, and as we receive further details, we’ll be sure to pass them on to you. Stay tuned.
