Going full ball ahead of their EP release, metalcore band Daybreak have released a video for the title track 'Death Dreams'. Following hot on the heels of their highly popular single 'Lost Sentience', which featured Mark Poida of Aversions Crown, it's looking to be one hell of an exciting release. The music video is a frenetic and hypercolour performance of the song by the band. The EP features guest vocal spots by the previously mentioned Mark Poida, as well as Polaris' Jamie Hails on the track 'Repulse'.
Starting out as a group of 15 year olds who forged a solid friendship through the band and over the years, they've been busy with the release of two singles and an EP, as well as supporting heavy hitters such as Ocean Grove, Hands Like Houses, Alpha Wolf, Polaris, Iconoclast, Hellions, Make Them Suffer and Attila.
Shaun Cox, vocalist for the band had nothing but positive vibes about their future, and the work they did with produced Cody Brooks (Iconoclast) and the surrounding content they created for the EP. "We were stoked with what he got out of us so we decided to stick with him for the EP and we underwent a more intense recording process. At the same time we were working with Split Mask Media who have been producing film content for us since the band started. We worked on producing new music videos that were bigger and more hectic then our previous efforts and came out with two different but sick videos."
