MONO Announce Local Tour Supports For Australian Tour
Japanese instrumental rock band MONO have announced their local supports for their upcoming Australian tour this November. Supported by Sydney's Dumbsaint for the entirely of the tour, they'll be joined by Balloons Kill Babies in Brisbane, Grun in Sydney, Solkyri in Melbourne and Last Days of Kali in Adelaide. The tour will be in celebration of it being ten years since their debut visit to Australia, with their very first visit to Adelaide ever included on this run.
MONO first formed in 1999, and have since taken their blend of orchestral arrangements and shoegaze guitar to over 55 countries, with their annual world tour consisting of around 150 shows. In 2016 the band released their 9th album Requiem For Hell which was accompanied by a feature documentary following the band's history through to the current day.
