Slipknot Lose Another Member, As Chris Fehn Leaves The Band
One of the biggest bands in metal, Slipknot, have announced that they have parted ways with percussionist Chris Fehn after it was reported last week that he was suing his now former band members over being cheated out of profits from the band. The band has released this statement regarding the separation. “Slipknot’s focus is on making album #6, and our upcoming shows around the world, our best ever. Chris knows why he is no longer a part of Slipknot. We are disappointed that he chose to point fingers and manufacture claims, rather than doing what was necessary to continue to be a part of Slipknot. We would have preferred he not take the path that he has, but evolution in all things is a necessary part of this life. Long Live The Knot.” Fehn is the 3rd member of Slipknots classic lineup to leave the band after the band separated from drummer Joey Jordison due to still unknown reasons and bassist Paul Gray's death due to a drug overdose. Slipknot's 6th album is currently scheduled for release on August 9th, 2019 and it is unknown of this news will delay the album at all.
